New to wrestling or looking to get back on the mat? Our Adult Wrestling 18+ program welcomes everyone aged 18 and over, from complete beginners who want to learn how to wrestle to experienced and competitive wrestlers.

Beginners will learn fundamental techniques in a safe and supportive environment, while experienced wrestlers can sharpen their skills, improve their fitness, and continue training alongside others who share their passion for wrestling.
