Times: Wednesday 7:00 to 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 to 10:30am

First day of practice: Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 9:00am

We include lots of age-appropriate techniques and games so your child can get familiar with wrestling in a stress free and welcoming environment.
